Who is this for?

  • The leader of women-led families who feel like a stable life will never be possible.

  • Any mother figure (can be grandmothers, aunts or even fictive kin) who has primary custody of the child(ren).

  • A woman looking to overcome harsh life experiences for herself and her family.

The Application Process

Inquire or Refer

Once an inquiry or referral form is submitted, you will be connected by a member of our staff to discuss next steps.

1st Family Consultation

You will have the chance to meet with one of our Family Advocates during your initial interview to learn more about your family’s personal goals, your expectations for MAP and what we can do to help your family.

Intake Interview and Assessments

You will meet with our program therapist to explore your therapeutic treatment goals and complete program assessments.

Program Placement

You will meet again with our program therapist be presented with the results of your assessments and discuss your placement in the program.

Care Plan Team Meeting

You will meet with our clinical team to discuss your individualized family care plan and recommendations they have identified as solutions to some of your family’s struggles. You will have an opportunity to join the program or be connected to external resources and/or referrals.
