What will a great trauma Psychotherapist do?

The purpose of the Trauma Psychotherapist is to provide group & individual psychotherapy to adult female clients to guide them through the three phases of trauma recovery using the Mothers Advocacy Project (MAP)’s unique TASS model. All materials and training in the model will be provided upon employment start date.

  • Have experience working with clients with trauma disorders.

  • Enjoy learning and working with innovative practices.

  • Have good self-care practices already in place.

Qualifications for consideration: 

  • LPC or LCSW is required

  • Experience working with clients with trauma disorders.

  • Flexible schedule.

  • Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail oriented. 

Position Details: 

  • Position: Trauma Psychotherapist

  • Employee Type: Part Time or Full Time

  • Salary Range: TBD based on level of experience

  • Hiring Date: To start immediately.
